Open your mind. Stretch your comfort zone. Follow your passion, Feel it in your bones. Explore your heart. Dive into your mind. Melt your defences Examine what you find. Feed your spirit. Love your fears. Never stop learning Evolve through the years. Honour your emotions. Uncover how you feel Ask inner questions. Step off the unconscious wheel. Listen quietly within. Express your deepest desire. Follow your inner compass to Fuel your inner fire. Gently test your own limits. Let your creativity flow. Challenge your beliefs Give yourself permission to grow. Recreate yourself everyday Utterly brand new. Honour your unravelling; Evolve wildly into you.
